This, of course, can lead to all kinds of health risks. Fast food is high in sugar, and weightt lurks in menu items that don't sound remotely sweet. Moving forward, I'm going to try to keep myself to eating fast food once every other week, or when it's necessary and I need something cheap and quick. Fast foods are typically high in calories, with portion sizes that are too large to maintain a healthy diet. Eat enough protein.
