I would just keep doing the work outs and follow the Insanity nutrition plan. It feels like you are barefoot. I should clarify, it is possible. To me, the exercise didn't seem to take when I didn't pay enough attention to my caloric intake.

I know, it's not smart to do it barefoot, likely to twist an ankle, but I was sick of flopping around in my shoes.
